Course summary
This course is aimed at IT professionals with Honours or Master qualifications and significant industry experience. There are three stages: coursework, research preparation and thesis.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should have relevant undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or related area with 2A Honours or equivalent, or relevant professional or coursework masters degree with substantial research component, or relevant research masters degree. They must satisfy IELTS overall band score of 6.0 (no individual band less than 6), TOEFL minimum score of 550 including TWE score of 5 (or a Computer based TOEFL score of 213 with an essay rating of 5 or better), TOEFL iBT score of 80 with no score below 20, GCE O Levels grade C or better, WAUFP 50 percent plus pass in ELACS, TEE pass in English or English Literature, International Baccalaureate Diploma minimum Grade 3 at higher level for an English subject and other acceptable qualifications can be obtained from ECU International. There are different entry requirement for various countries.
