Course summary
This course is a generalist's degree intended for those with some practical experience who now wish to widen their managerial knowledge and skills. The philosophy underlying this type of MBA is to enable students to deal with the many facets of management. It aims to develop their critical thinking, research and analysis skills through individual and team-based work. There are two specialisation strands offered by the University of Ballarat; Marketing and Human Resource Management. Students may take either of these units and graduate with the relevant specialisation.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should have completed Australian Secondary education or equivalent and completion of Australian undergraduate degree or equivalent at a recognised university. They required proficiency in English (IELTS) with an overall band score of 6.0 with no individual sub score below 5.5.
