Course summary
This course is designed to enhance student's existing skills, and to increase their potential for creating value in the world of business and/or government organisations. The course aims to provide participants with training in the essential techniques of management, to extend this fundamental knowledge into various areas of specialisation, and to achieve a balance between academic rigour and exposure to a wide variety of experience in commerce, industry and government.
Entry requirement for international students
Students must have completed an Australian Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an approved international equivalent and at least two years' postgraduate work experience. They must also satisfy one of the following English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) minimum overall band score of 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0 or TOEFL Computer-based Test: a minimum score of 233 with a score of 5 in essay writing or TOEFL Paper-based Test: a minimum score of 575 with a score of 5 or more in the Test of Written English or TOEFL Internet-based Test: a minimum score of 88 with no individual score less than 22 or completion of the English for Further Studies Advanced Stage 5B certificate at PG (postgraduate) level available from the La Trobe University Language Centre or approved equivalent.
