Course summary
In this course, students will gain the knowledge and to work as a salon manager with ability to provide and manage quality customer service and leadership to salon teams. The salon manger at this level may focus on building the business, developing and implementing marketing activities and ensuring all occupational health and safety requirements are maintained.
