Course summary

This program will develop, enhance and recognize student’s ability to demonstrate a high level of expertise within their existing role; enable formulation of solutions and responses to complex problems and situations; show competence in managing and training others and maximise their personal development and equip them for promotion. It is designed for administrators or managers in business, government, service industries, education, charity or any sector of industry or school leavers who aspires to be professional administrators or to manage offices. It is also attractive to those who have already a diploma or degree who are looking to do a second diploma or degree in another discipline such as in administrative management.

Program modules

The modules include Administrative Systems in the organization, Strategic issues of Administration, Administrative Management of Resources, Human Resource Management and Practice, Administrative Management (Case Study).

Entry requirement for international students

Applicants should have obtained IAM Diploma in Administrative Management, or ‘A’ level, or relevant polytechnic diploma, or university degree or equivalent foreign qualification.
