Course summary
This course enables students to obtain comprehensive academic qualifiations, which prepare them to attain professional certifications such as MCP (Microsoft Certifies Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Security and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), accredited by internationally recognized professional bodies such as Microsoft, CompTIA and EC-Council. Graduates can find career opportunities in security analyst, security engineer, security technology consultant, infocomm technology auditor, network engineer/administrator, system engineer/administrator, infocomm solutions architect.
Entry requirement for international students
Applicants must have a minimum 3 GCE 'O' level credits or international high school equivalent. They should have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 79-80 (internet-based) or minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (academic module) or minimum grade of C6 for English at GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
