Course summary
This programme is conducted in partnership with the Newcastle Business School (NBS), which is a part of Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. This degree provides students with the knowledge, skills and experience to enter or progress in this exciting, fast moving and rewarding business discipline. It aims to equip students with knowledge and understanding of the key functional areas of marketing. It also develops the skills, adaptability and creativity to enable graduates to handle all the key functional areas of this critical, demanding and varied business sector.

The modules are SM0374 Strategic Management and Leadership; MK0385 Buyer Behaviour and Integrated Marketing Communications; HR0372 Culture and Organisations; MK0387 Direct and Online Marketing; FN0360 Ethics and Governance; NX0315 Professional Project.
Entry requirement for international students
Applicant must have any one of the following qualifications: MIS Diploma in Business Management or MIS Diploma in Sales and Marketing or MIS Diploma in Marketing Management and Advanced Diploma in Marketing Management or business or related diploma from local polytechnics or other related diploma and advanced and/or higher diploma in business which is considered on a case-by-case basis. All applicants are required to demonstrate competence in English language requirement which include one of the following: GCE English Language ‘O’ Level with grade C or better; GCE English Language ‘A’ Level with grade E or better; GCE General Paper with grade C or better; International English Language Testing Systems (IELTS) - a overall band of 6.0 with a minimum band of 6.0 for writing, 6.0 for speaking, 5.5 for listening and 5.5 for reading; Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of at least 550; or English Preparatory Programme Level 1 to 4.
