Course summary
Participants who complete the course will have the knowledge and application skills in performing stock control, housekeeping, carrying out warehouse operations and executing delivery plan. Participants will take an assessment at the end of each module. Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) after passing each module. This programme is suitable for those who are currently employed or wish to be employed in the logistics industry as warehouse assistant and delivery assistant.
Program modules
The modules include LOG101E Perform Stock Control and Housekeeping Operations 12 hrs, LOG102E Perform Warehouse Operations 16 hrs, LOG103E Perform Delivery Operations 16 hrs.
Entry requirement for international students
There are no formal pre-requisites for admission. However, for effective learning, participants should have some relevant work experience as a machinist, craftsman or equivalent in a precision engineering related working environment. They also need to have basic competency in English language.
