This program is designed to help students to do their job better; gain recognition for their specialist learning; demonstrate their ability to use information effectively; improve and apply new skills; supervise and train others and maximise their personal development and equip them for promotion. It is designed for administrators or managers in business, government, service industries, education, charity or any sector of industry or school leavers who aspires to be professional administrators or to manage offices. It is also attractive to those who have already a diploma or degree who are looking to do a second diploma or degree in another discipline such as in administrative management.

Program modules

The modules include People in Organisations, Administrative System and Processes, Professional Administration, Information for Decision Making, Administrative Management (Case Study).

Entry requirement for international students

Applicants should have obtained IAM Certificate in Administrative Management, or 3 ‘O’ level passes, or higher Nitec, or equivalent foreign qualifications.
