Course summary
This programme is highly interactive and will employ a mix of case studies, group discussions and role plays to reinforce concepts. It enables first time leaders to grasp the fundamentals of effective leadership. By the end of this course participants will be able to: understand leadership concepts and know how to adapt their leadership style to the needs of their stakeholders; give their team direction and effectively plan their priorities; develop people through effective coaching and feedback techniques; generate positive influence and impact; lead and manage changes successfully and deal with conflict in the workplace in a positive and constructive manner. This course will provide project managers the knowledge, skills and competencies required to create develop and manage teams successfully. Participants will be able to effectively deliver on the different aspects of project human resource management like develop project teams and manage project teams. A Certificate of Participation will be awarded upon completion of the course.
