Course summary
This course is specially prepared to equip R and D professionals with leading-edge Research and CAE knowledge and expertise that are essential for leading, managing and executing today's real world projects. It is a unique post-graduate course with specialisation in simulation based computer-aided-engineering (CAE) and robust design methodologies. This course is suitable for engineers, technicians, product designers, design managers and professionals working in fields such as mechanical engineering, product development and innovation, research and development (R and D), CAE simulation, project management and knowledge management and who are keen to pursue a high quality practice-oriented part-time postgraduate course in their aspiration to secure a promotion or career development and better job satisfaction.

Entry requirement for international students
Students should have completed minimum bachelor degree in an engineering discipline or minimum diploma qualification with minimum three years industry experience with QUT Graduate Certificate of Engineering Management (ME74) with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5. They should have minimum English language requirement: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for applicants from universities with non-English medium of instruction.
