The Cornell-Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management is an alliance between Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU)'s Nanyang Business School (NBS). Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration’s long and rich hospitality tradition and the Nanyang Business School’s Asian business perspective, in combination allow the Cornell-Nanyang Institute to introduce global best practices and knowledge customized for Asia's needs. The institute is, thus, poised to become Asia's premier source of hospitality education and research. The Singapore campus is strategically located in the heart of the hospitality industry's most exciting and fastest growing area of the world. The beautiful 200-ha NTU Yunnan Garden main campus is nestled in the south-western part of the country some 25km from the city centre.

Housing facility is available only to full-time international graduate students. At Nanyang Technological University, graduate students may choose any of the accommodation administered by the International Student Centre. Graduate housing is provided primarily to new students to help them settle in and adjust to university life. Students may choose from the different types of accommodation available at Graduate Hall, Nanyang Heights and Nanyang Valley. All rooms are furnished with single bed, wardrobe, study desk, fan and internet connection.
