Course summary
This programme provides students with the theories and principles relevant to organisational survival and success, accounting and finance, marketing, operations management, and strategy, but its focus is on developing the human resource skills and knowledge. The course will engage students in conceptual thinking, analysis and research; however, it seeks to take them beyond the analytical emphasis of many MBA programmes and encourages developing and implementing creative ideas and solutions to organisational issues. The programme objectives are: to develop human resource skills and knowledge in a constantly changing world; to demonstrate conceptual thinking, analysis and research; to demonstrate the ability to think beyond the analytical emphasis in the business sector; to apply the management skills and knowledge needed in this expanding and constantly changing business sector; to demonstrate a deepen knowledge and ability to strategically manage organisation operations; to develop and implement creative ideas and solutions to organisation operations; to apply theories and principles relevant to organisational survival and success, accounting and finance, marketing, operations management and strategy. Graduates will have the skills and knowledge to better manage their work or to change to one which involves human resource management and general management.

The modules include Creative Manager, Dissertation, Financial and management accounting, Human Resource Development, Managing Service Industries, Organisations and People, Marketing, Operations Management, Research Methods for Business, Strategic Management.
Entry requirement for international students
Applicant should have completed a bachelor degree or a recognized equivalent qualification and they must have at least two years of working experience. Applicant to be considered for admission must demonstrate their proficiency in English with minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.
