Course summary
This course is designed for supervisors and it will equip them with the knowledge and skills to plan and implement on-the-job training of trainees and staff and assess their skill performance. The course will cover the following areas: interpreting the skills standard and OJT log books; assessing performance; analysing job and tasks; scheduling training; and assessment. Participants will be awarded with the Industry Trainer Module Certificate if they satisfy at least 75 per cent of the attendance and pass the assessment at the end of the course.
Entry requirement for international students
Participants who are applying for the course conducted in English should preferably have an English competency level of at least GCE 'O' level C6. Participants who are more comfortable in the Mandarin language are advised to apply for the course conducted in Mandarin.
