What will I learn?

Entry requirements

For international students

Applicants will normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in Architecture, Law, Surveying, an Engineering discipline, Construction Project Management or associated Business. Applicants with relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis. Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent. TOEFL iBT overall 88 with 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, 17 each in writing and listening.
