Course summary
This course is designed for participants who wish to develop an understanding of the principles and skills involved in the design, operation and maintenance of gaming and coin slot technology equipment. It covers modules which include: gaming machine system analysis, mechanisms and coin operation technology, devices and circuits for computing and gaming machines, security systems and fraud detection, networking principles and progressive gaming systems, legacy gaming systems, systems software and player tracking, customer care, responsible gaming, computer platforms etc.
