Ceiling fans in living room, dining room and bedrooms. Residents furnish kitchen, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, lamps, bed and bath linens, and bathroom and cleaning supplies. One bathroom in 2-person apartments; two bathrooms in 4-person apartments, Each bedroom wired for Internet, telephone and cable TV; living room wired for cable TV, Parking space provided in adjacent deck; fee included in housing cost. Community assistants live throughout the residence center,24-hour security (access via VCUCard ID; student security guards), Common room with games area; TV lounge, Study/meeting room, Computer lab, Common areas, maintained by full-time housekeeping staff.
