Course summary
This program is engaged in a carefully designed curriculum combining theory with over 700 hours of practical application of culinary techniques in state of the art production kitchens located on the campus of the University. Students are also required to complete a summer work experience of a minimum of 400 hours at a pre-approved establishment between their first and second years of study.

Entry requirement for international students
Students should have proof of English language proficiency as determined by the results of the TOEFL or IELTS. Native English speakers do not need to submit test results. TOEFL scores must be sent directly from the College Board. Recommended minimum TOEFL score is 80 (internet version), 550 (paper version), 213 (computer version). IELTS scores must be sent directly from the testing agency. Recommended minimum IELTS score is 6.5.
