Entry requirement for international students
Applicant must submit the completed application form through online or a paper application with non-refundable application fee of $50. They should submit official transcripts from every institute, college, university, or post-secondary school they have attended; Immigration fact sheet; proof of TOEFL scores or IELTS; evidence of Financial Resources; and transfer information form. All the documents must send to Office of Admissions, Registration and Records, PO Box 901, Portland, OR 97207-0901.
