Course summary
This program's goal is to provide students with the academic preparation needed for the certification exam offered by the national Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) or the National Association of the Deaf.

Entry requirement for international students
Students should have completed high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). The minimum college preparatory subjects are: English (4 units), Mathematics (3 units), Natural Science (2 units with a laboratory component), History/Social Science (2 units) and one unit of U.S. history. Students whose primary language is not English may be required to submit their Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) results.
