Course summary

This program is offered for students who wish to compliment their technical training in the chemical sciences with coursework on business. The program includes coursework in fundamental areas of chemistry along with business and economics coursework from the School of Management. Prepared with a background in chemistry and business, students completing this program pursue careers in technical sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship in industry or governmental organizations.

Entry requirement for international students

Students should have score of the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT I). The scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to Georgia Tech. Regardless of the system in which student have been educated, they must earn a minimum score of 440 on the verbal portion of the SAT I to be considered for admission. Based on figures from previous years, they combined math and verbal SAT I score should be better than 1300 to be competitive for admission. Students should have official English translation and a document-by-document evaluation of the high school coursework. The document-by-document evaluation must be prepared by an accredited foreign credential evaluation service that names and describes all diplomas, certificates, degrees, periods of education or training and gives U.S. equivalences for each. This evaluation must also include a GPA.
