Course summary
This program offers a practical alternative to the traditional MBA by emphasizing the fundamental principles of engineering management–the science of planning, organizing, allocating resources, and directing and controlling activities that have an engineering component; and technology management–the study of alternative strategies for managing global technology development, acquisition and commercialization.
Entry requirement for international students
Applicants to the Engineering and Technology Management program must hold the equivalent of a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering or applied science. Prerequisites for the ETM program are Engineering Economics, and Probability and Statistics. Though students may be accepted without these prerequisites, it is strongly suggested that applicants complete any deficiencies prior to enrolling in graduate course work. Applicant must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on all undergraduate course work and submit scores on GRE or GMAT. Applicant must submit letter of recommendations, official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. For international students scores on TOEFL is necessary.
