The modules include 300 Nonverbal Communication, 312 Argumentation, 325 Interviewing, 370 Family Communication, 371 Communication in Negotiation and Conflict, 375 Theories of Persuasion, 380 Gender and Communication, 400 Rhetorical Theory, 452 Communication and Culture, 470 Interpersonal Communication, 488 Senior Seminar, 210 Small Group Problem Solving, 211 Intercultural Communication, 220 Introduction to Public Discourse, 280 Communication and Popular Culture, 283 Interpersonal Communication.
Entry requirement for international students
The students must have the equivalent of a B average or higher in high school. The SAT and ACT are not required for international students, however the SAT is highly recommended. Test scores are influential not only for admission but also for scholarship consideration. A TOEFL score of 523 (Paper-based exam), 70 (Internet-based exam) or 193 (Computer-based exam) is required. An IELTS score of 6.0 is acceptable.
