Students must complete secondary education consisting of a college preparatory program with an above average academic record. Students are required to submit scores from either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) (minimum score paper based: 500, computer based: 173+, internet based: 61) or the Michigan Test of English Language Proficiency (minimum score 70).
