Course summary
This program is structured to provide an introduction to the concepts, methodologies, and theoretical issues of anthropology, while permitting each student sufficient latitude to pursue their own special interests. The purpose is to introduce major issues and ideas in the study of language, the study of sociocultural systems, and the study of relations between language, society, and culture.

Entry requirement for international students
Students should have a high school diploma, G.E.D or an equivalent qualification. International applicants, whose native language is not English, are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System examination (IELTS) exam. Admission also requires scores from the SAT Reasoning Test or the ACT with Writing.
