Course summary
Human Resource Management is a diverse career covering the broad aspects of managing people in business environments. Within business organizations, the Human Resource Management department focuses on employees as groups and as individuals at work, and it includes such matters as recruitment, pay, training, retirement, health insurance, grievances, and advancement.

Entry requirement for international students
Students should possess graduation from an accredited high school or they should have received a GED. The high school curricular core requirements should include the following courses: 4 units of English, 3 units of college prep math, 3 units of laboratory science, 3 units of history and citizenship and 2 additional units. An official TOEFL score of 550 on the paper-based test (213 on the computer-based test or 79 on the internet-based test), IELTS score of 6.5 and cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) is required.
