Core modules include: Developing a Business Perspective BUS3004, Fundamentals of Management and Leadership BUS3010, Fundamentals of E-Business BUS3020, Fundamentals of Marketing and Sales BUS3030 Fundamentals of Human Resource Management BUS3040, Fundamentals of Organizational Communication BUS3050 and Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting BUS3060. Specialization modules include: Compensation and Benefits Management BUS4043, Legal Issues in Human Resource Management BUS4044, Recruiting, Retention, and Development BUS4045, Employee and Labor Relations BUS4046, Employee Training and Development BUS4047, International Human Resource Management Issues BUS4048, Ethics and Enterprise BUS4801 and Change Management BUS4802. Elective course include 39 quarter credits of additional undergraduate courses and Capstone course to be taken in the final quarter BUS4993 - Business Capstone Project - 6 quarter credits. To complete the Degree, students need 45 quarter credits in general education subject areas with a minimum of 6 quarter credits from each category. Residents of Arkansas must complete Arkansas general education requirements.
Entry requirement for international students
Students must have completed high school diploma or equivalent. They must be at least 24 years old. International students whose language of instruction is not English are required to take one of the following tests: the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum acceptable score of 550 on paper-based test, 213 on computer-based test with a score of 4.0 or higher on the Test of Written English (TWE), or 79 on internet based examination; Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) score of 80; International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a score of 6.5; or Pearson Test of English (PTE) score of 59.
