Course summary
The primary goal of the computer engineering major is to educate engineering professionals with expertise in computer engineering to meet the rapidly increasing needs of industry and government in the west Tennessee and the mid-south region.
Program modules
The modules include completion of the following: EECE 1202, 1206, 2201, 2203, 2222, COMP 2150, 3160, 4270, MECH 3310 or 3311; EECE 3201, 3203, 3204, 3211, 3213, 3221, 3270 (4), 4081, 4235, 4278, 4279, 4280.
Entry requirement for international students
Applicants should have completed High school, General Education Development (GED) Test or have an equivalent qualification. Applicants must also submit scores on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or the American College Testing Program (ACT). International applicants whose native language is not English must supply results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL) or its equivalent.
