Course summary
This program prepares students to enter the workforce directly, in government and industrial labs, or to go on to advanced study in graduate and professional schools. It provides a solid background in fundamental chemical principles as well as hands-on laboratory experience and training using modern chemical instrumentation.

Entry requirement for international students
Applicant should have a well-balanced college preparatory program that includes the following course work: 4 units English, 4 units Mathematics, 3 units Social science, 3 units Science and 2 units Foreign Language. They should have good secondary school academic record with a high school GPA of 2.22; SAT I Critical Reading score of 430; SAT Math score of 400; ACT English score of 17 and ACT Math score of 17. They must fulfill the English language proficiency by providing TOEFL scores.
