Course summary
In this course students can tailor their degree toward their professional goals by choosing the concentration. The human resource management concentration provides students with the tools to recruit the most qualified applicants, help them grow and develop as an organization’s needs change, and keep them satisfied enough to stay on the job in this era of frequent turnover. Students also explore the global and legal issues around employment, both to enhance the work force and to avoid the cost of lawsuits.

Entry requirement for international students
Students must have completed Secondary School with Transcripts a minimum score of 79 in Internet Based TOEFL (iBT), 550 in Paper Based TOEFL, 213 in Computer Based TOEFL, 6.5 in IELTS.
