Course summary
This program provides instruction and experiences to help students gain competence in understanding, guiding, and teaching children. The option prepares graduates for positions of responsibility and leadership in public and private nursery schools, child care centers, infant-care programs, after-school programs, and other educational and social service facilities for children.
Entry requirement for international students
Students must have completed a minimum of 62 hours of course work. They should possess 2.50 MU GPA. International students whose native language is not English must have the minimum TOEFL score with 500 on paper based test, 173 on computer-based test, 60 on Internet-based test and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall score of 6.0 and no individual band under 5.0. is required for admission.
