Course summary
This program provides students with a well-rounded, liberal studies education. It allows students to complete two areas of concentration, where students may choose either a minor or 12 hours of related course work appropriate to their educational or professional goals. The program provides the opportunity for students to integrate personal and professional growth through an exploration of perspectives, philosophies, and experiences in a variety of disciplines.
Entry requirement for international students
Students under age 21 and have no previous college credit either ACT or SAT scores are required. The scores of TOEFL are also required. East Tennessee State University requires a total score of 61 or better for undergraduate study. They should have minimum grade point average of 2.3 on a 4.0 scales or minimum ACT composite score of 19 (or equivalent SAT score).
