The only graduate school in the nation offering a Master of Public Service degree, The University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service helps students gain knowledge and experience to further their careers in the areas of nonprofit, governmental, volunteer or private sector work. While learning valuable lessons in the classroom, Clinton School students spend much of their time participating in public service projects ranging from local work in the Mississippi River Delta to international internship programs in places like the Sudan, Bolivia and Vietnam. Located on the grounds of the Clinton Library and Park in Little Rock, Ark., the Clinton School hosts public programs and guest lecturers featuring internationally-prominent leaders and timely topics. Among many who have visited the school at the Clinton Library include, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger; Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer; Marta de Fox, wife of Mexican President Vicente Fox; Senator Bob Dole; historian John Hope Franklin; President Jose Maria Aznar of Spain and Senator John Edwards. With its unprecedented curriculum and diverse public programs, the Clinton School is committed to making a global impact, building leadership in civic engagement and enhancing the capacity to work across disciplinary, racial, ethnic and geographical boundaries.

Holcombe Hall is home to 140 co-ed students and the Office of International Students and Scholars. Holcombe Hall is located on the north side of campus near the Law School and Mullins Library. It features a game room, a formal lounge, a piano lounge and a T.V. Room. The hall is air-conditioned and has an individual thermostat in resident rooms. Each room also has a micro/fridge and carpeted floors. Room Dimensions are typically 11'-9" (W) x 15'-9" (L). Holcombe Hall is a 9 minute walk to the B.A. bldg./Kimpel Hall, 2 minute walk to NWQ Dining Hall, 4 minute walk to the Student Union/Library, 6 minute walk to Old Main, 10 minute walk to the HPER bldg, 3 minute walk to the Poultry Science bldg, 12 minute walk to Bell Engineering.
