Course summary
This program provides the didactic requirements and the supervised practice component of the registered dietitians requirements. Students are only accepted into the program after they have completed one semester of M.S. coursework in the department. This program is accredited by the American Dietetic Association.
Entry requirement for international students
A master degree is required for Ph.D. A bachelor degree is required for Masters for admission. Grade point average equivalent to a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score of approximately 1100 total for the verbal and quantitative sections (average ~550 on each section) and 4.5 on the writing assessment. The University requires a minimum score of 80 on the IbT (213 on the computer-based TOEFL or 550 on the written exam). This requirement may also be met by submitting a score of 6.0 or higher on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam.
