Course summary
In this program, course work and research is available in topics such as computer-aided design and manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, optimization, quality control, virtual reality, industrial automation, safety engineering, diagnostics, prognostics, controls and statistical modeling. Students are required to complete a total of 108 hours of graduate course work beyond the baccalaureate degree.
Entry requirement for international students
Admission to this program requires a bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from an American Board of Engineering Technology (ABET) accredited college or university or equivalent, with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for the final 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of undergraduate study, GRE general test score of 1200 (500+ verbal, 700+ quantitative, and 4.5+/6.0 analytical), writing sample, a personal statement and three letters of recommendation. For international students, TOEFL score of 550 for paper version, 213 for computer version, 80 for iBT is required.
