Course summary
This program is designed for practicing physical therapists already holding a bachelors or masters degree who wish to enhance their skills and professional status. The length of each student’s plan of study depends upon their current level of education, experience, and skills as determined by an evaluation based on an extensive portfolio. All plans of study include pharmacology, radiology, evidence-based practice, and differential diagnosis. The program uses the Internet to provide frequent, high-quality peer/faculty interaction. All course information is posted on the Internet web site, a centralized interaction portal for students, instructors, facilitators, and program administrators. This includes all assignments and quizzes. It also contains bulletin boards (forums), and direct e-mail to the faculty and staff. The curriculum includes integrated clinical practice experiences to supplement and enhance online instructions.

Entry requirement for international students
Students should have a bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum physical professional therapy 2.70 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). International students must have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 550 on the paper based test, 213 on the computer based test and 80 on the internet based test.
