Course summary
The Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum is a graduate professional degree program for entry into the profession of physical therapy. Upon successful completion of both didactic and clinical components of the curriculum, the student is awarded the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree by the Duke University School of Medicine.
Entry requirement for international students
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree (or the equivalent of a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree) from an accredited institution and, for degree programs, satisfactory scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). International applicants must have minimum TOEFL score of 83 (internet-based test) or a minimum IELTS score of 7.0.
