Course summary
This program is designed for the student who has earned a master's degree in Early Childhood, Middle School, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Students will take 10 courses (30 semester hours) beyond the master's degree. The student will complete an applied project as one of those courses. The student will develop a professional portfolio throughout the course of study and present it at the end of the program in lieu of a traditional comprehensive exam. Students may include some courses for endorsements (ESOL, Reading, etc.) as part of the program of study.
Entry requirement for international students
Student must hold at least a baccalaureate degree accredited by the appropriate regional accrediting association or its international equivalent prior to the expected semester of enrollment. The Graduate School and the department to which you are applying have additional requirements such as GRE,GMAT,TOFEL are required.
