Course summary
This program is jointly offered by the School of Law and the Fox School of Business and Management. The program is open only to Temple law students, enables its graduates to broaden their educational backgrounds and expand their career horizons by pursuing two different courses of study, which complement each other. Students earn their dual degrees with fewer hours of course work than would be required if the two degrees were earned separately. Graduates of the program can received two separate degrees - a J.D. from the Law School and an MBA from the Fox School of Business and Management.
Program modules
The modules are Law and Ethics in Business (BA 515); Nature of Law in Business Decisions (LAW 501); Legal Aspects of Health Administration (LAW 531); Law and Ethics in Business (LAW 802); E-Commerce and the Law (EBZ 504); Cyber Law (LAW 594).
Entry requirement for international students
Applicant must have completed bachelor’s degree comparable to the U.S. equivalent with an average GPA of 3.5 in their undergraduate and graduate degree programs. They should have obtained GMAT score of 701 and GRE scores at or about 600 in either quantitative or verbal section are usually competitive. In addition to this, they should have minimum TOEFL scores of 600 for paper based test, 250 for computer based test and 100 for internet based test; or IELTS academic score of 6.5.
