Entry requirement for international students
Applicants must have a J.D. or foreign law degree. Students may also apply if they are currently completing their final year of law school and will receive degree prior to entering the LL.M. Program. Applicants whose native language is English, or who possess a law degree from an institution at which the primary language of instruction is English, are exempt from the TOEFL requirement. Graduates of U.S. law schools are not required to submit a TOEFL score, but must provide an LSAT score. (U.S. graduates are not required to re-register with LSDAS; a copy of the applicantApplicants must have a J.D. or foreign law degree.
