Course summary
The curriculum structure will be designed to provide a well-rounded preparation for entry into the construction business. It must be structured to provide students with knowledge of materials, methods, estimating, scheduling, operations, logistics, supervision, management and law. Courses in business, architecture and general education will result in a well-rounded preparation for entry into the field. Construction Science Degree Program Requirements: General Studies, Communication (Composition, Speech, Modern Language), Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Humanities and Visual and Performing Arts, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Computing.

Entry requirement for international students
International Admissions: Applicants for admission must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or must expect to receive the degree, before matriculating in the Prairie View A&M University Graduate School; The Graduate Records Examination (GRE) or the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) must be taken within the first 12 hours; Minimum Test Scores: SAT - 820 or ACT - 17; TOEFL Score of 500 or better for applicants whose native language is not English.
