Course summary
This program prepares students to integrate and apply the theories, principles and methodologies of human resource management focusing on its strategic role in today’s organizations. Concentration courses prepare students to perform effectively in the expanded role of human resources now responsible for reshaping organizational structures and cultures, building strategic partnerships and designing customized solutions for internal clients.

The modules are BUS-540 Human Resource Development (3), BUS-541 Legal Issues in Human Resource Management (3), BUS-542 Performance Management Systems (3), BUS-625 Change Management and Internal Consulting (3), NPM-520 Human Resource Management (3).
Entry requirement for international students
Students must have completed a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They must have obtained GMAT or GRE scores. International students must fulfill English language requirements by obtaining score of 550 or higher on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
