Course summary
This program provides students with a real-world, hands-on program that bridges the gap between computer scientists and general users. The Information Technology Program is multidisciplinary and involves the following areas: Mathematics and Computer Science; Electronics, Computer, and Mechanical Engineering Technology; Management Information Systems; Art; Geology, Geography, and Anthropology; and Communication. Students majoring in information technology will be prepared for entry-level positions in networking, database development and administration, web programming and development, applications development, digital communication, and digital multimedia.
