Course summary

This program is intended to provide qualified students with the skills and perspectives to work effectively in business related to or in the Middle East. This designed curricula include MBA core courses and electives and courses on the Middle East. Students must acquire proficiency in a Middle Eastern language and write a professional report. The McCombs School of Business and the Center for Middle Eastern Studies offers this program.

Entry requirement for international students

Students must have bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Graduate Record Examination General Test scores (GRE), especially on the verbal exam is required, The center considers a score of 500 on the verbal section of the GRE to be a minimum requirement, A competitive Grade point average, typically 3.0 or higher (on a four-point scale) in all upper division and graduate-level course work attempted or completed is required. TOEFL or IELTS scores required for foreign applicants whose native language is not English. Please note that prospective students must apply separately to both programs through GIAC and must be accepted to each individual program in order to be admitted to the dual program.
