The Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (M.E. PASA) program prepares educators to work in a variety of capacities within two-year, four-year and professional postsecondary institutions. Graduates pursue careers supporting partnerships with faculty and other members of the campus community. The PASA program offers a balance between current theory, development of a critical capacity for understanding campus issues, and a facility for applying research findings to improve practice on campus. Successful graduates will demonstrate improved communication skills; comprehensive strategies for identifying and responding to evolving student needs and campus issues and a greater appreciation for the diversity of college student needs, abilities and issues and for the need for a diversity of perspectives and voice in the creation program to serve those students.

Entry requirement for international students
Applicants must hold a degree considered equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree, as evaluated by the USC Office of Graduate and International Admission. Their college or university must be recognized by the appropriate governmental ministry as a degree-granting institution. All transcripts and degree certificates/diplomas must be written in the original language of instruction. All original-language documents must be accompanied by a separate, word-for-word English translation. Dual-language transcripts are not acceptable. Official transcripts must show all courses and subjects taken and all grades (marks) received. Diploma Supplements must accompany transcripts from institutions from countries that are part of the Bologna Accord. An overall “B” average (3.0/4.0 GPA) is the minimum standard for admission consideration. To calculate their academic average, USC may convert an overseas grading scale to the U.S. standard scale. A vocational track is not appropriate preparation for graduate admission. Additional requirements are determined by individual graduate programs.
