This Program will help build a big-picture perspective on how organizations work and what can do to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Acquire skills that help to become a better leader and change agent Become a better manager by understanding how learning builds organizational performance. Entry requirement for international students

Strong academic record from an accredited university or college, resulting in a four-year baccalaureate degree A minimum of three years’ relevant work experience. Relevant content areas include human resources, organizational effectiveness, project management, consulting, strategic work, teaching/educational administration, training and development, or process improvement . TOEFL and GRE scores are required for admission.
