Course summary
The Master of Science for Teachers (M.S.T.) is designed for experienced teachers or training officers to strengthen their academic background in a rapidly changing discipline. The program, though flexible enough to meet a variety of needs, also requires substantive coursework in the core of computer science. The student, with a faculty adviser, develops a program of study, describes the project, and specifies an elective program, which must be approved by the faculty of the department.
Entry requirement for international students
Students should have a cumulative undergraduate GPA minimum: 3.0/4.0, GRE score minimum: For tests taken before Oct. 1, 2002: 1400 (combined). For tests taken on or after Oct. 1, 2002: 1000 (quantitative + verbal) 3.0 (analytical). TOEFL minimum (if required): 550/213/80 (paper based/ computer based/ internet based).
