Course summary
This program is designed to provide students with superior conceptual foundation and managerial skills. It is attuned to the business arena in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and across the nation. It provides students with the breadth of a traditional MBA coupled with the ability to specialize in marketing. The curriculum is designed to provide them with an excellent conceptual foundation and managerial skills. An MBA with a concentration in marketing supports growth and development from two perspectives. One, if they have an established career path, the marketing concentration provides them the opportunity to gain the broader, more general perspective necessary for promotion to leading managerial positions. Or, if they are preparing for the business world, the combination of an undergraduate degree with an MBA concentration in marketing provides an excellent foundation for additional career opportunities. Entry requirement for international students
Students must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a regionally accredited institution. Students should have a 2.8 grade point average or higher on all undergraduate work or a 3.0 GPA on the last 60 hours of their undergraduate degree or a 3.4 GPA on their master's degree. International students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 79 (Internet-based), score of 550 (Paper-based) and score of 213 (Computer-based) and a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall band and also should have minimum MELAB (official version) score of 80 or higher.
