Course summary

The Toxicology Program is an interdisciplinary program designed to train students to assume positions as toxicologists in academia, industry and government.. These include crop and soil sciences, ecology, entomology, environmental health science, foods and nutrition, forest resources, infectious diseases, pathology, pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences, and physiology and pharmacology.Toxicology is the study of harmful effects of chemicals on humans and other living organisms. It is inherently a broad, multi-disciplinary field requiring expertise in a number of biological sciences. In recognition of this breadth, the program has two parallel tracks: (a) human and animal toxicology; and (b) environmental toxicology.

Entry requirement for international students

Student must hold at least a baccalaureate degree accredited by the appropriate regional accrediting association or its international equivalent prior to the expected semester of enrollment. The Graduate School and the department to which you are applying have additional requirements such as GRE,GMAT,TOFEL are required.
