I have over thirty years of professional experience in business, received my bachelor's and master's at standard universities while working, and now am with Capella for a PhD. Make no mistake; Capella expects high standards of learner involvement, but nothing worth pursuing should be easy. In fact, online education is more challenging and requires hard work.
